Infrared Heat

    Classical Pilates meets modern resistance training: now in infrared heat. Light weights, bands, and high-repetition sequences designed to keep muscles under tension from start to finish.   • Pilates Foundations introduces the essential principles of Pilates through controlled movement, breathwork, and core engagement. This class focuses on building strength, stability, and proper movement patterns so you can confidently progress into more advanced classes.

  • Pilates Sweat is a high-energy Pilates class designed to increase endurance, elevate heart rate, and challenge full-body stamina. Expect continuous movement, athletic sequencing, and core-driven strength work that creates a powerful sweat without sacrificing control.

  • Pilates Sculpt blends classical Pilates principles with modern resistance training to create a full-body sculpting experience.

    Using light weights, bands, and high-repetition sequences, this class is designed to build muscular endurance while strengthening the deep core. Movements are intentional, controlled, and layered to keep the muscles under tension throughout the entire workout.

  • Welcome to The LAB: Where focused strength training delivers real results.

    This lower-body driven class targets the glutes, legs, and deep core through controlled resistance training, strategic sequencing, and intentional muscle activation. Using weights and resistance bands, each set is designed to build strength, improve stability, and sculpt the lower body.

    Expect focused work, strong form cues, and a challenging but empowering session that leaves your glutes fired up, your core engaged, and your lower body stronger.

  • The Hourglass Method is a full-body strength class designed to build a strong, balanced physique while emphasizing glutes, core stability, and upper-body strength.
