PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date: January 1, 2022 · Last updated: July 28, 2026
LymphTox Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), operating as LymphTox and MVMNTXSTUDIO, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.lymphtox.com and in the course of providing our services, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Ontario law.
1. Who we are
LymphTox and MVMNTXSTUDIO are two service lines operated by the same business, LymphTox Inc., based at 2597 Howard Ave., Windsor, Ontario N8X 3W4, Canada. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to our Privacy Officer at hello@lymphtox.com or the address above.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Contact and enquiry details — name, email, phone number, and anything you write when you fill in a contact or enquiry form or join our email list.
Booking and appointment details — the service you book, dates and times, and notes related to your appointment.
Health intake information — health history, current conditions, symptoms, medications, and similar details you provide on an intake form so we can deliver services safely. This is sensitive personal information and we treat it with a higher level of protection (see section 5).
Payment information — when you pay online, payment is processed by our third-party processors, Square and Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the last digits of a card and billing name); we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
Website and device information — through cookies and analytics tools we may collect your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and how you found our site (see section 7).
3. Why we collect it and our legal basis (consent)
We collect personal information only for purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate, and we obtain your consent as required by law. We use your information to:
respond to your enquiries and communicate with you;
schedule, confirm, and manage your appointments;
assess your suitability for a service and deliver it safely (health intake information);
process payments and keep required financial and tax records;
send you marketing emails or newsletters where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time);
operate, maintain, and improve our website; and
meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
For sensitive health information and for marketing emails, we rely on your express (opt-in) consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits, by contacting us — though doing so may mean we cannot provide certain services.
4. Email marketing (CASL)
If you receive commercial emails from us, we comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We send marketing messages only to people who have consented, we identify ourselves clearly, and every message includes a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages such as appointment confirmations.
5. How we protect your information
We use physical, organizational, and technological safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Health intake information is kept confidential, access is limited to staff who need it to provide your service, and it is stored securely. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and to keep it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.
6. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
with service providers who help us operate (for example our payment processors Square and Stripe, our booking systems Mindbody and Acuity Scheduling, and our email and hosting providers), who are only permitted to use it for that purpose;
where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request; and
to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of others.
Some of our service providers may store data outside Ontario or outside Canada, in which case that information may be subject to the laws of another jurisdiction. We take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection.
7. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use it (for example through analytics tools). You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site functions. Where required, we ask for your consent before non-essential cookies and tracking are used.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may:
ask what personal information we hold about you and request access to it;
ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
withdraw consent to certain uses (such as marketing);
ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep; and
make a complaint (see section 11).
To exercise any of these, contact us at hello@lymphtox.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by law and may need to verify your identity first.
9. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes it was collected for, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Health and financial records may be subject to minimum retention periods under professional or tax rules. When information is no longer needed, we securely destroy or anonymize it.
10. Children
Our website and services are directed to adults. If a service is provided to a minor, we obtain consent from a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children through the website without such consent.
11. Contact and complaints
If you have a question, request, or complaint about your privacy, contact our Privacy Officer at hello@lymphtox.com or 2597 Howard Ave., Windsor, Ontario N8X 3W4. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where required we will seek your consent again.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective date: January 1, 2022 · Last updated: July 28, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.lymphtox.com and the services provided by LymphTox Inc. under the LymphTox and MVMNTXSTUDIO names ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
1. Who we are
LymphTox and MVMNTXSTUDIO are service lines operated by LymphTox Inc., based at 2597 Howard Ave., Windsor, Ontario N8X 3W4, Canada. You can reach us at hello@lymphtox.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (the age of majority in Ontario) to book or purchase services on your own behalf. If you are booking for a minor or another person, you confirm you are authorized to do so and to provide any information required.
3. Our services
We provide in-person wellness services. Descriptions on our website are provided in good faith but are general in nature. Whether a service is appropriate for you depends on your individual circumstances, and we may decline or modify a service where we believe it is not suitable or safe. Our services are not a substitute for medical care — please read the Health & Wellness Disclaimer below.
4. Bookings, cancellations, and no-shows
Appointments and classes can be booked through Mindbody or Acuity Scheduling, or by contacting us. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us. If you arrive late, your session or class may be shortened so it ends on time, and the full fee still applies.
Our cancellation policy depends on the service:
LymphTox services:
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice results in a charge of 50% of the service price.
No-shows are charged 100% of the service price.
MVMNTXSTUDIO classes:
Cancelling late results in a $10 charge and forfeiture of the class credit.
No-shows are charged $20.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown at the time of booking or purchase and may change from time to time. Payments made online are processed securely by Square and Stripe; by paying you agree to their processing of your payment. All fees are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise, and applicable taxes are added where required.
6. Refunds
Services already provided are generally non-refundable. If you have prepaid for a service or package and have not used it, contact us and we will address it fairly and in accordance with applicable Ontario consumer-protection law. Packages or memberships, where offered, may have their own terms provided at purchase.
7. Your responsibilities
To help us serve you safely, you agree to:
provide accurate and complete information, including on any health intake form;
tell us about any condition, injury, allergy, pregnancy, or medication that may affect a service;
follow reasonable instructions and studio or clinic policies; and
treat our staff and premises with respect. We may refuse or end a service for unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour.
8. Website use
You agree not to misuse the website — for example by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content on the site (text, logos, images, and branding for LymphTox and MVMNTXSTUDIO) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Disclaimers
Our services and website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that a service will achieve a particular result, and we disclaim implied warranties except those that cannot be excluded under Ontario's consumer-protection laws. Please also read the Health & Wellness Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by our negligence. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
11. Indemnity
You agree to reimburse us for reasonable losses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website or services, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on our website with its effective date. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Ontario, without limiting any non-waivable rights you have under consumer-protection law.

The services offered by LymphTox and MVMNTXSTUDIO, and all information on www.lymphtox.com and our social media, are provided for general wellness and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not a substitute for care from a qualified physician or other licensed healthcare provider.
Not a medical service
Our practitioners are not providing medical care unless they are separately licensed to do so and expressly say they are. Nothing we say or provide should be taken as a diagnosis of, or treatment for, any medical condition. Always seek the advice of your physician or a qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition, and never disregard or delay medical advice because of something you read or were told here.
Consult your doctor first
Before starting any new wellness service, treatment, movement program, or related activity, consult your physician — particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, have a heart condition, circulatory or lymphatic disorder, recent surgery, injury, infection, cancer or a history of it, or any chronic medical condition, or if you are taking medication. Certain conditions may make a service unsuitable for you.

Wellness outcomes vary from person to person. We make no promise or guarantee about specific results, and individual experiences are not a prediction of what you will experience. Any testimonials reflect individual experiences only.
Assumption of risk
Participation in wellness and movement services carries inherent risks. By using our services you acknowledge these risks and agree to disclose relevant health information and to stop and tell your practitioner if you feel unwell, faint, or experience pain at any time.
In an emergency
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately, or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not rely on our website or services for urgent or emergency care.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, or you're unsure whether a service is right for you, contact us at hello@lymphtox.com before booking, and speak with your healthcare provider.
