  • Align & Refine is a slower, intentional Pilates class rooted in classical movement patterns and breath-led control. This class is designed to improve alignment, strengthen the deep core, and build a stronger connection between breath and movement. It’s beginner-friendly while still offering valuable refinement for experienced movers who want to improve stability, control, and movement quality.

  • Pilates Foundations introduces the essential principles of Pilates through controlled movement, breathwork, and core engagement. This class focuses on building strength, stability, and proper movement patterns so you can confidently progress into more advanced classes.
